PBR Announcers And Commentators

A quality show depends greatly upon the talents of the men and women behind the microphones, the PBR announcers. It is the job of the PBR Announcers & Commentators to monitor arena action and to communicate its relevance to the fans at the live event and viewing audience. Knowing updated stats on the bulls, bull riders and stock contractors is crucial to a PBR announcer's job, which can mean hours of behind-the-scenes homework for an announcer before each PBR event.

For the last 3 years Justin McKee has been a part of the PBR television announcing team for TNN,OLN and NBC. Before moving to television Justin worked as the live event announcer at nearly every event for the PBR dating back to 1995. During the last 10 years he has called all the great bull riding moments and consequently been dubbed "the Voice of the PBR." His close relationship with the PBR has allowed him to learn detailed facts about each rider and bull, thus making him one of the most knowlegeable figures in the sport.

When at home, Justin stays busy on his ranch near Lenapah Oklahoma raising cattle and horses. Of course its not your ordinary ranch, he owns one of the larger herds of cows bred specifically to raise bulls that will buck in the PBR.
