Rider Injury Updates
As of April 19, 2007:
Davey Dyke (Fremont, Iowa) is out for three to four months with a elbow injury in his left (riding) arm sustained in Tacoma. Surgery was performed the week of April 9.
Jared Farley (Kempsey, Australia) is out for four to six months with a left shoulder dislocation requiring surgery.
J.B. Mauney (Mooresville, N.C.) is competing with a sprained knee and a separated shoulder.
Rocky McDonald (Col. Juarez, Mexico) is out with a partial thumb amputation on his riding hand.
Austin Meier (Kinta, Okla.) is out for four to six months after tearing his ACL and MCL on his right knee. Meier successfully underwent surgery the week of March 12.
Allan Moraes (Cachoeira Paulista, SP, BZ) is out for the year in order to undergo surgery and rehabilitation of both knees for torn ligaments.
Michael Riggs (Claxton, Ga.) is out for three months with a right elbow (riding arm) injury sustained in Worcester which required surgery.
Steven Shelly (Natural Dam, Ark.) is competing with a sprained ankle sustained in Auburn Hills
Cole Taylor (Sayre, Okla.) is out with a torn posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee sustained in Albuquerque.
Sevi Torturo (Oklahoma City, Okla.) is out for three to four months with an elbow injury for which he underwent surgery.
Cody Whitney (Asher, Okla.) is out for three to five months with a broken bone in his left wrist (riding hand).
