• Entry Fee $50,000 per team.
• Deadline for team entries and entry fees paid will be Monday December 3rd, 2007. If less than 48 bull teams are submitted, there will be a 7 day grace period to make any bull adjustments to each time.
• PBR will take up to 48 teams. As an example, teams can be in increments of twelve (e.g. 12, 24, 36 or 48). We will take whatever number of bull teams we receive and determine the payout after that number is set.
• Once the total number of teams is set, each team may only have one bull on each team from the top number of bulls that match the total teams competing (e.g. top 12, top 24, top 36, top 48).
• Bulls CAN NOT compete on more than one single team.
• NO trades or additional bulls are allowed to join the team once the bull team is established.
• The top bulls will be posted on Monday Oct 15th, 2007. Top 48 bulls were determined by all available judges sheets from all events including PBR, PRCA, etc. All other bulls will be considered eligible after determining the top bulls and their team assignment.
• ALL bulls considered and or used on a team MUST be ABBI registered, four years old and up.
• All teams and team owners must be approved by PBR Board of Directors and or PBR Administration.
• Stock Contractors will be entitled to negotiate a percentage of the winnings or a set fee with the team investors.
• All financial matters are to be determined between the team investor(s) and the stock contractor.
• Stock Contractor retains ownership in the bulls, manages team and makes all decisions regarding bulls.
• Only the primary stock contractor and flankman are allowed on the back of the chutes during the event.
• Investor owns the team rights for one year.
• PBR National sponsors are the only sponsors that are allowed to name a team with a brand name. Sponsors are only allowed to name a maximum of 1 team. All other team names must be approved by PBR Boards of Directors and or PBR administration.
• Team owners will have the opportunity to purchase special seating at each event. Owners must notify the PBR office no later than 14 days prior to the event if the wish to purchase the special seating or not.
• There will be a winners circle and photo opportunities at each event for the event team winner.
• 6 to 12 Teams per event depending on one day, two day or three day events.
• 5 Bulls on a team with 3 alternate bulls (must declare at the time the team is made). Once team is set, alternate bulls can only replace bulls from the original 5 at stock contractor's discretion.
• Each team of bulls will compete at 6 events. If bulls do not perform up to standard, they will not continue.
• The highest total score on all 5 bulls will be the event winner. Only one score from each event will be allowed from each bull. The first out for each bull on each team will be the out that counts for the competition.
• All bull teams to compete at the PBR World Finals will be chosen based upon performance and quality during the regular season.
• Every team that makes the Finals will come in clean and start at zero. Teams that compete at the Finals will compete with the number of bulls selected. Example (3, 4, 5, etc.) The total number of outs with their total scores will be taken to determine the Team winner.
• PBR will charge a 5% administrative fee for the total of all fees paid.
• All rules may be amended as needed.
