Frequently Asked Questions about the PBRNow.com Website

Q: I can't log in! When I try to enter my e-mail and password, it just takes me right back to the login form.
A: Please make sure that "cookies" are enabled in your web browser. The site uses a cookie to keep track of your login, and without a cookie, you will always get redirected back to the login screen. In Internet Explorer (the recommended web browser), click Tools -> Internet Options in the menu, then select the Privacy Tab, then click "Advanced" and make sure all cookie settings are "allow".

Q: The graphics are overlapping the words, and I can't read your site.
A: Please make sure that you have an up-to-date web browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 is recommended.

Q: I'm not sure what my password is, and when I try to use your site to e-mail it to myself, the password is blank in the e-mail!
A: This'll happen if your account was created by postal mail or telephone, not the web site. Please contact the webmaster using the contact link below and tell him what your e-mail address is and what you want your password to be. For verification purposes, also include your full street address.

Q: When I try to print out one of your web pages, it gets cut off on the right side.
A: When you go to print from Internet Explorer 6 (the recommended web browser), click "Preferences", then "Advanced", your printer driver should have one or two different options that allow you to scale the page, one is entitled "Scaling" the other "Fit to Page". You can also try printing in "Landscape" mode. The page was designed to fit on 800x600 screens, which is becoming the standard for web pages, especially those of Professional Sports.

Q: I'm supposed to have 5000 fantasy points but only 4200 are showing up, what's going on?
A: Only your top 10 events per season count towards the year-to-date total, that way people can get in on the fantasy halfway through the season and still have a fighting chance to win those boots.

Q:What kind of discount on tickets do I get, being a fan club member?
A:As a fan club member, you don’t get a discount on tickets. You do however get to purchase your tickets before the general public which entitles you to better seats. On the other hand, seats are on a first come, first serve basis, so it does pay off to call as soon as we start selling tickets on December 1st of each year.

Q:My credit card has been charged for my tickets, but not my membership (new or renewal). Has my membership gone through?
A:Due to the current setup of our current payment system there may be a delay between when your tickets are charged and when your membership is charged to your credit card. Most of the time they are charged on the same day, but occasionally there may be a day or two between the two charges.

Q:When will I receive my tickets?
A:Unless you selected Will Call at the time you placed your order, you were charged $3.85 Priority Mail fee to have your tickets sent so that they will arrive at your Fan Club record address (or other ship to address provided by you at the time of the order) by the week of the event.

Q:What will happen if I don't get my tickets in the mail or if I my travel plans change & I won't be home to get them after they've been mailed?
A:If you have not received your tickets by the Thursday prior to the event, please call the ticket line (719)471-3008, ext. 3136 and your order will be placed on the Box Office reprint list for you to pick up at the Arena Box Office Will Call office before the event by presenting your photo ID. You will not lose your seats just because you don't get your tickets as originally planned.

Q:What's the difference between a Brazilian Bull Rope and a Conventional Bull Rope?
A:The most apparent difference is that The Ropes are pulled from opposite sides. The Conventional rope is pulled from the riding hand side while the Brazilian rope is pulled from the free hand side.

There are also subtle differences in the way the ropes are braided. With a conventional bull rope, the loop (the knotted part of the rope used for adjustment) is on the free hand side of the handle while the tail (the portion of rope ran through the loop and back to the hand) is on the riding hand side of the handle. The Brazilian rope is braided with the loop on the riding hand side and the tail on the free hand side.

There is also a difference between the Brazilian and Conventional ropes in the design of the handle. In a Conventional rope the hand is placed with the little finger tight against the free hand side of the handle while in the Brazilian rope the web of the hand is placed tight to the riding hand side of the handle.
